My expectations were pretty low given that they have a few different locations (not quite a chain store), but the staff here were really excellent. It was pretty busy with only two people on but they really tried to do their best and attend to everyone.

Major shout-out to Cherif for being knowledgeable, patient, and being awesome to work with when I was figuring out my first mirrorless camera. I can hear the passion when I hear him talk about the Sony line, he answered my questions with thoughtful advice on the distinct draws of different camera brands.

Great staff, very helpful! They will give you individual attention and spend time helping you figure out what is right for you! You don't have to be a pro!Never felt like they were pushing me into buying anything, even when I came and left multiple times before finally making a purchase.

One of my favorite places :) great people, great understanding of cameras and lenses, and they will work with you on any issues you have, unlike any online retailer.
