I needed a repair on my Canon camera. They charge 35.00 for the initial evaluation which is applied to the final repair cost if you elect to have your camera repaired. Their repair cost seemed reasonable which also included a camera cleaning. You pay upfront for the repair and they communicate via email with updates.
