I bought a camera lens from a private seller in Sioux Falls and the staff at this store had 2 employees inspect it for me, even though it was extremely busy. I asked to pay them and they said it was a service they would provide at no cost.

To begin, I've always had great customer service here. Recently, I stopped by to pick something up for someone who lives in Fargo (they came all the way to Sioux Falls for this!), and while I was there, a young man, Cory, went above and beyond answering questions I had about various services that I'd inquired about.

It had been years since I last held a quality camera. Harold's reintroduced me to all I'd forgotten. I made my purchase after a very patient rep brought me up to speed on the latest technology. I went back a bit later for some questions that were then answered on the spot.

Had my professional portrait done at Harold's. Had a misunderstanding about the background and when I called a positive staff member gave me a couple of options, and offered to have them taken again.
