I’ve actually never been there, but I have developed my film and process it there a few times all via email and phone calls. The place is very busy but the staff always has time to help you.
Mary at H&H is amazing. I recently placed 3rd in a photography contest where I won a free metal print as well as a credit from H&H. Mary helped me place my order and had amazing communication throughout the entire process. I absolutely plan on sending more business their way.
I have been an H&H customer for more than 12 years. Excellent service, customer support, and after more than 10,000 of my prints thru their lab I continue to use them. Only two re-makes in 12 years and one was due to shipping damage.
I love H&H. All of the staff are kind, genuinely good people. I have been to many events hosted and paid for by them. Their products are beautiful, well made, and I cannot wait to give them to my clients every time!
