Finally a store that has Great Customer Service😊We had an issue with a monitor being broken that we bought there. Management made it an easy transaction and honored their return policy. Instead of the usual attitude its not my problem contact the manufacturer! Doing good business practices will make return customers!

I recently had to call customer service regarding an order I placed for the Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro and some multicolor filaments, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.
I went for a keyboard. They had a dozen plus set out so that I could test each one. I found one that I liked the feel of but it was wired. I called over an associate and asked to see if there were any wireless versions of the keyboard that I had chosen.
