Very impressed with the customer service I recently received and the fact that Geskus retained pictures of my child from over 7 years ago. Due to a house fire we lost several of my daughters school pictures that we wanted to display at her upcoming open house.
This was the first year Geskus Photography was the photographer for my son's elementary school pictures. We were happy with their prices and product offerings. I reached out to the company with a question before placing our order and received a prompt friendly response within a day.
I had an appointment in house and I got a flat tire 10 minutes away from there. The team was so helpful they offered to help change my flat. They also came to my rescue and picked us up to take my sons photos and then took us back to my truck. Very friendly and amazing people work there!!!
We relocated mid school year and when I reached out to see if there was a way to still get the children their yearbooks, the staff responded immediately that it was not a problem. They shipped us yearbooks to our new town and my kids were beyond excited to have those memories. Thank you again!
