I love this place so much I want to shout it from a rooftop! Everyone—from the owner to the staff answering the phone—is just so nice, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. I came in just to check out one specific camera and lens kit that's on pre-order but I ended up purchasing it on the same visit.
Like many others, I was searching for the Fujifilm X100iv. I came across this shop online and to my surprise they had the camera in stock. My experience purchasing from this shop was one of the best experiences I have had. The staff are knowledgeable and called to make sure that all my details were accurate.
Walked into store feeling stressed about my corrupted SD card and Manny helped me recover the photos from it like an absolute pro. He provided immediate support over emails after I had further issues relating to the card as well.
