love love love this film lab! only place in houston i’ll trust with my rolls. such an easy process, i can take a roll that needs developing (i have a 35mm minolta) and drop it off after work at whatever time in their drop box, and in less than a week they’ve sent a link where i can digitally download all the photos…
Just dropped off my first roll of film I’ve ever shot with a random point and shoot I found and wow they turned out great! Came back two days later too! For one 35mm to be developed and scanned was just $13. Thank you so much Flats and I’ll be sure to take all my other film rolls to you in the future!
FLATS does not get enough credit for all that they do for the community :(!!! On top of running the development lab, FLATS takes it upon themselves to offer a variety of community programs for the city, keeping the magic of analog photography alive for us all.
The process of simple and straight forward. Some of the pictures came out better than others, but it could’ve definitely been user error on my end! I was shooting with my Olympus mju using Fuji superia 400 35mm film. There’s one picture that had this big orange flare and I’m not sure what causes that.
