I am a Pentax enthusiast. About 1 year ago, I dropped my 300mm lens, took my lens to the only authorized dealer here in Austin. No one could fix it since there is not that many technicians know how to fix Pentax cameras and lenses. They charged me $400 + $46 (processing/shipping), and took them 5 weeks to fix my lens.
This man needs to be protected at all costs. I’m so glad I found this place and met the owner, who has over 40 years of camera repair experience. He’s more than happy to talk shop, (camera history and tech), and even has an amazing selection of cameras for sale, which he takes pride in talking through with you.
My camera lense wasn’t closing and he fixed it!! So happy I came here! Super kind owner and amazing customer service!
