As a professional who just moved from a big city to this little town I can safely say this shop is as good as it gets. There’s no fluffy customer service, just good ole fashion know how.
I had a great experience at this shop a couple of months ago, I came in interested in a film camera and had an idea of what I wanted to buy - thankfully the owner steered me in a different direction because I had an amazing experience with the camera I got instead.
Called a few local places to get my film camera fixed for a minor repair and almost all said that they wouldn’t be able to work on my camera. Encinitas Photo was so nice when I called and were able to fix it for me, I got it back before my trip and they were able to work around the half used roll of film inside which…
Had a positive experience at this shop! I had never been in before and needed desiccant packs and the man who helped me was kind. It was a quick interaction but it was positive!
