I had a great experience with Justin Antkoviak (v96) and Alexander Dyer (v84) the past two days at Dodd Camera in Kenwood. As an amateur photographer, both guys were very patient and explained things in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy and that means so much to me as a customer!
UPDATE: They earned more stars!!! Manager reached out as promised. He had already checked into what happened before he called. Offered an apology as well as acknowledgment of areas of improvement by staff that he intended to address.
I've been to the CLE location multiple times since I go to school there (and it's great), but I must say, this specific location is a tough contender for the best camera/film store around.
I can't thank Dodd Camera and Matt enough for their amazing service. I reached out hoping to find a camera for an upcoming trip, and not only did they respond quickly, but they went above and beyond to secure one for me. The communication was personal and kind, and they truly care about their customers.
