Rarely do these repair shops answer their phones, but not only did I get through, but spoke directly to the owner Eric. He listened to the problem I was having with my TC Helicon Voicelive 3 Xtreme, and felt he could fix it.
Eric was very helpful from the first call. I talked to Sammy’s and Steve’s Camera Shop and Steve’s referred me to Digitron. Sammy’s wanted to send it out of state to fix the particular issue I was having with my Sony a7sii, but luckily I talked to Eric. A pleasure to do business with. Trustworthy and professional.
Digitron has excellent service. They fixed my Fluke DTX-1800 meter/tester and delivered a last minute urgency repair on a Pioneer DJ mixing board. I am very satisfied with their work and warranties.
I am a professional musician and rely on my instruments to be fully functioning at all times. There are very few remaining repair shops that will even try to fix a variety of electronic equipment. I have had several very excellent experiences with Digitron.
