Shout out to Tom who has helped me a couple of times now! He is so helpful and friendly. Everyone there is — all knowledgeable about all things cameras, film, equipment etc. It’s so refreshing to get in-person assistance versus googling everything. I also love that they offer equipment trade-ins and rentals.
Strongly recommend Cardinal Camera in the King of Prussia Mall. I went there shortly before closing time last Friday because I had an issue with my camera. Tom.(associate) is an expert on cameras and was very helpful despite the fact that it was just 10 minutes till closing.
