Great experience working with these guys. Ran into a major pickle while on the road and traveling through Ohio. After doing some looking on the web this was the only spot that could do what I needed and I’m glad it was. My repair was finished in 2 days and the price was beyond fair for the turn around time.
Sometimes there are businesses out there who just seem to be more sincere than others. I can't describe how fortunate Columbus is to have a repair shop like Camtronics around. It doesn't seem to matter if it's a major or minor problem, they've always been able to help me.
I had a great experience with Camtronics, they saved one of my expensive lenses. I had a Canon EF 300mm that had the bayonet mount damaged. Jamie was great about letting me find and bring the parts in to fix it and he had the mount replaced the same day.
