I’m a novice at best. I went in due to having spots in all my photos and assuming my 14 year old canon 40D needed the mirror cleaned. They informed me that what it needed was the sensor cleaned and they could do it while I waited. The price was fair, the service was quick and at no time did I feel slighted.
I am very pleased with my recently purchased Canon 5D Mark IV camera body. I traded in some of my well cared for gear. I was given very fair prices for it. Every person I dealt with and spoke to on the phone was professional and knowledgeable. I have been a customer since 2014. I am sure I will be back again.
Excellent! What a great, knowledgeable team they have who can answer questions and guide customers to the best cameras, lenses and solutions. Sean, the owner, has more camera/lens knowledge of any individual I have ever known. I thought I knew a lot but not even a fraction of what Sean has learned over the years.
We were there to get a tripod for my camera (we forgot to pack ours) and when we first asked for help, we were given a few options, all not within our budget. We asked if there was anything great for travel but also be great for our budget. We had hit a happy medium.
