Camera Land has earned my business for life. I purchased a riflescope. First off, hands down the best price by over 100 dollars anywhere. Second, the customer service was fantastic. I had called for some help with the online purchase. They walked me through.
After only having experience with older film cameras, I decided I wanted a modern digital camera. I went to the store to look at some options thinking I had an idea of what I wanted.
I have been a member of the Camera Land community for a long time. I've been to the Saturday open floor discussions and critiques . The big takeaway is that this is a local family brick and mortar store. Their competent ,professional staff are there for you way before you buy something.
I was so satisfied with the free help I received, I'll go back. I received a filter for one of my lenses as a gift. Once installed on the lens, I couldn't get the filter off. Brought it to Camera Land. Jeff was able to help and didn't charge me. I wanted to buy the right kind of filter from him.
