I've been working with my photo developer since I first picked up photography, and he's been an invaluable resource. As a beginner, I ran into issues—blank reels, botched exposures—but he always took the time to help me troubleshoot. He even taught me how to roll my own film.
This is THE. BEST. FILM. LAB!! I sent my 2 rolls of film from my Japan trip to Brooktree Film Lab and I was SUUUUPER impressed with the customer service they had ensuring my film will be safe upon arrival and while sending it back to me and they also did 30 megapixel scans and even printed my photos out for me!!
The most reliable and efficient experience with film development by far! From all the places I've ever sent my film to, Brooktree Film Lab has never disappointed and truly develops each picture to its fullest potential.
Only recently did I discover Brooktree Film Lab. Outstanding service with a personal touch is the mode of operation! Although my interaction has been limited so far, I plan to have a great deal more work performed. Bob and the gang are super!
