First off, what a fun place. You walk in and the old timy-ness sets right in and you feel like you have gone back in time. And that’s why I came to Bernie’s I really wanted to support the family business.
I would give 9-10 stars if I could!!! This is DEFINITELY one of those in-person, smile & a handshake kind of places... Go to the shop and have a GREAT experience like I did... I came here because my wife's camera quit working. She needed it repaired/replaced in less than a week.
I have had excellent experiences at Bernie’s. Each time I have been helped by Bruce, the son of the original owner from 1958 (Bernie). Bruce has been consistently helpful, patient and kind in answering my many questions and is a well of knowledge in this niche sector.
