Best retail experience of my last year. I'm a skeptic of retail in general, and usually an online shopper, but I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bedford, and with Rick (the store manager).
I really enjoy shopping at this store but there is a lot of camera but not a lot of Video and as someone who does both its unfortunate. I hope in the future they do get more video equipment like rigs, more gimbal options, dollies, etc to serve more than just the photographers at their store.
Over the past few months, I've purchased new equipment and taken several classes from Bedford, and with every visit, I appreciate them more. These professionals are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They patiently answered my questions and offered advice that maximized the value of my purchases.
My wife loves the place. The prices are right on par with amazon but no waiting and they know the stuff. However can't end the lower end, off brand items as cheap as amazon so beware. Also the photo developing area of the store is the best in the business so that's always nice.
