Bedfords is my go-to place for getting pictures printed. I appreciate their quality, and they are great if I need things printed a certain way, to frame or for a project. I mostly drive up and pick up my prints but recently we needed help with our office camera that wasn't turning on.
Great experience at bedford! They are very organized and knowledgeable about their products. An associate named Roger Fowler was an amazing person who gave all the details about cameras, some great humor, great sales expertise, and most of all the best customer service I’ve had!
Bedford’s offers such great costumer service in addition to great quality photo prints. My order was lost in the mail and Bedford’s quickly reprinted the order and even had someone deliver it to me in person. I appreciate how quickly they were able to help me even though it wasn’t an error on their part.
I went to Bedford Camera twice in one day recently. The first time was to purchase some BW film my 35mm Konica camera. Roger made useful suggestions as to which film to purchase based on the total cost of purchase and developing. Very helpful...
