I ordered a large Panasonic TV from Beach Camera and had a really good experience with them. The TV had to be shipped cross country. They started an Amazon chat with me to keep me informed of the progress. Throughout the process I had several questions and they were always promptly answered.

I had an issue with my new Sony Tv shutting off. When I called Breach Co. they took my information and said they would have a service tech call me. Reynold called me back within a couple of minutes and was very professional in asking questions to diagnose the issue.

I made a purchase on Amazon via third party. Unfortunately, I needed to return the item which was large. Also, I did not realize I would be responsible for the return postage. By contacting Beach Camera’s customer services department, I came in contact with Rizalyn and Yanill of customer services.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing from Beach Trading Co. Inc. via Amazon. I purchased a Samsung Frame TV that arrived in brand new condition and was securely packaged. I had a minor issue that a representative was able to resolve more than fairly! Rizalyn was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
