I brought three rolls of film to Basement Lab and was overwhelmed at the quality and service that I experienced. I spoke with Jordan who was more than helpful, taking me through step by step of his services.
Filled out the order online, dropped off the film, and had them in my email inbox exactly one week later! It was a little pricier than I’m used to but when I saw the quality I understood why. They did a gorgeous job & I’ll definitely be using them in the future.
First experience with Basement Lab and we were so happy with the results. Estimated delivery time was 1-2 weeks for our scans. We received them in less than 1 week and all photos came out perfectly. Staff were also super friendly, could not recommend them enough!
