--UPDATE 2-- I got the unit back, seems to be fully functional and fixed this time. Overall happy with how they handled it. --UPDATE-- A manager reached out to apologize and offer to have the camera looked at again (free of charge).
I have a Nikon D810 that I purchased while traveling overseas and subsequently lost the receipt. Nikon USA wouldn’t touch it. A camera shop in Orlando recommended Authorized Photo Service, so I called them.
Really good and honest service of my Nikon. I called Nikon themselves who have a company service center on Long Island they could not help me because they don’t make parts for my camera anymore. These guys came to my rescue and will even get another of the same model for parts if they have to.
Excellent service! Got detailed estimate for my Nikon that was emailed to me. As soon as you confirm (no need to come again), they tale care of the camera and call you as soon as ready for the pick-up. Got mine totally 'new'. Or was it really a new one? :-)
