I've been a customer of Arlington Camera for years and I continue to have great experiences. When people know cameras the way they know cameras, it makes the shopping experience easy. I've purchased more accessories than anything from the store. There's a great selection of camera bags, reflectors, and tripods.
I thought I had oil on my sensor, but it turned out to just be dust. I brought my camera to Arlington Camera thinking I’d need a full cleaning, and to my surprise, they took care of it right away — cleaned the sensor for free and had me out the door in under 10 minutes.
I bought a Sony A7RV at a discounted price from them in the past during a special sale and unfortunately lost it. Called them and explained the situation where they offered me the camera at the same discounted price they provided me earlier. Exceptional customer service from Amilio.
8.23.25 Rented Canon 400mm 2.8. Yesterday. Lens is fantastic. Reserved from out of state. No problems at all. Returned this morning and went straight to airport to catch a flight back home. Quick return. She verified Ken's was OK, and said you're good to go... Great service. Rent your lens from here.
