My screen burst on my car radio! I took it to Area 41! I told them I was going out of town in a few days! Sure would like to have my console before the trip! Chris went beyond the call! He met a guy from the warehouse after work to pick up the part I needed! I went in the next day and they repaired by radio!
I went into Area 41 to get my radio fixed. Robert was the customer service professional that offered clear and credible support and advice as we work to resolve the issue I was having. After seeing a few of the products they offer I felt comfortable upgrading my system and scheduled an appointment two weeks out.

My wife and I have used them mostly for phone connections in cars before that was a thing and they were awesome! Always professional and friendly. I had trouble with my AppleCarPlay recently and not only did they fix it for me he told the order I needed to do it in in case it happened again.
