We love Apertures. I wanted to wait to write a review until I had a number of experiences with them. Their film development is top notch, their scans are great even at standard resolution, and their customer service is very good. I’ve had about 10 rolls developed with them and I can’t say I’ve had any problems at all.
I went to Apertures on 5/30/23 to get passport photos and extra copies. They even emailed me a digital copy I can use online. Seth was quick and efficient and very careful to get a photo that would be accepted with no shadows and the proper facial expression. This is such a cool shop!
The staff is extremely helpful, even to a newbie like me. They all seem very passionate about what they do and are willing to share their expertise with all. They also seem to have a good time just talking about photography with the customers, which is cool. My film was developed in 2 days.
Amazing experience printing photos for my gallery. They printed 12 images for me ranging from 16x20 up to 32x36, and they turned out gorgeous and amazing. Seth was super helpful getting me all the details on what I needed to be prepared, and Marybeth was so detail oriented, making sure everything was perfect.
