The best place to rent a camera and stand/accessories! We wanted to capture photos on this trip that our phones wouldn’t be able to capture, but didn’t want to invest thousands on equipment that we might not use again. Tom and Wendy are the most kindhearted people I’ve ever met!
If I could give a million stars, I would! I hadn't been able to grab a wide angle lens before our trip to Alaska. I had tried to photograph the northern lights with my 50mm and it just wasn't looking great. I looked for a camera supply store and found Alaska Camera Rental and was able to rent a 14mm 2.
Tom and Wendy were the key to our success on Chasing the Aurora, we paid for Canon Lenses and a Tripod, but we got much more than that, all the tips and knowledge shared from them was priceless, we could feel how much they enjoy Photography and also helping the Customers to find the right equipment and the best spots…
Tom was absolutely instrumental in helping me set up with the right lens to capture the northern lights! As a beginner, I was so grateful for his patience and expertise—he walked me through how to get the focus just right, which made all the difference. What stood out even more was how friendly and knowledgeable he is.
