Betty Sun is the GOAT! I've been going here for the past 6 years, and I will gladly continue to go here for the foreseeable future. Great service (1 day turnaround somehow???), Betty is extremely kind and fun to talk to, and the prices are unbeatable (cheaper than 10 McNuggets).
(Top-19 Minute in Carson, Bottom-Photo Lab) A great local lab that has reasonable prices, even reprints are about $0.35 each, and good prints from your film. 2 for $8~ passport photos, too. Crop is greater on the Photo Lab print along with higher contrast and resolution.
Great place for Canadian passport/ID photos. The owner knew exactly what was needed and didn't need my printed copy of the requirements. She even put a stickie on the back of our photos so the ink from the stamp wouldn't run in transit. And it was the best ID photo I've ever had taken in my life.
